Here are some common questions about our Brand.

  • Currently, this feature is not available.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the product can be opened only after full payment has been made to the delivery executive.

  • If the customer is not satisfied, a refund or replacement can be initiated by contacting Customer Care.

  • If any alteration is required in the delivered product, the customer may visit the nearest store.

  • Alterations will be done free of cost.

  • Original invoice must be carried.

  • COD refers to Cash on Delivery.

  • Payment is made at the doorstep.

  • COD availability depends on the product and location.

  • Not all products or deals support COD.

  • COD is not available in all locations.

  • PIN code must be entered on the product page to check availability.

  • Additional COD charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Replacement request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customer also has the option to choose a refund.

  • Address modification is allowed only if order status is “Pending”.

  • Editable fields:

    • House Number

    • Building Number

    • Street Name

    • PIN Code

  • Address cannot be modified once order is shipped.

  • GST is borne by the customer.

  • Included in the product price for items sold at MRP.

  • Charged additionally for products sold at a discount, as per government regulations.
